How long is the order processing time?
Mostly we try to dispatch on the same day depending on your order quantity and delivering depends on your location.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We have online payment such as: Paytm, GooglePay, Phonepe & so on. If you visit our store we have Online as well as cash payment options.
What is your return policy?
Generally we are into customized/personalized products, hence they are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged. Incase of soft/stuffed toys & non-customized products we check before we dispatch.
How can I track my order?
We will email you tracking numbers as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
